EU Customers and Brexit

Despite the UK leaving the EU, we are still shipping goods to the EU.  Delivery time is usually 1-2 working days. VAT/TAX will be removed at the checkout when a valid address is entered. A commercial invoice will be attached to the packaging. We ship ‘DAP’ (Delivered at Place), which means that the courier company will pass on any tax and duties levied in your country. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional import fees. In some cases, you may prefer to order from your local reseller.

We offer free shipping to UK customers (for the main VoxBox Pro kit). Order by 2pm for same-working day despatch, Mon-Fri. We use DPD who usually provide you with a 1-hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Please note, delivery times are not guaranteed so leave enough time when planning your shoot.
